REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Introduction Thank you for purchasing from BOLD GFX (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). We strive to provide high-quality digital assets for creative professionals.
Because our products are digital files delivered via instant download, they are deemed “used” immediately upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned. Therefore, BOLD GFX generally does not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the specific cases outlined below. This policy is in line with international standards for digital media and software licensing.
2. General Refund Policy: All Sales Final By making a purchase on https://boldgfx.com, you acknowledge that:
You are buying a non-tangible, irrevocable digital license.
You have reviewed the product preview images, description, and file compatibility requirements (e.g., software version, file type) prior to purchase.
No refunds will be issued for “change of mind,” “accidental purchase,” or “insufficient skills” to use the product.
3. Eligibility for Refund (Warranty Exceptions) We follow a strict refund protocol similar to major industry platforms (e.g., Envato, Shutterstock). You are only eligible for a refund if one of the following conditions is met:
A. The Item is “Not as Described” or Materially Different: The downloaded file is materially different from the item description or preview images.
B. The Item Has a Technical Security Issue: The file contains malicious code, viruses, or presents a security vulnerability.
C. The Item Does Not Work as Advertised: The file is technically corrupt, missing crucial files listed in the description, or fails to function, and the issue cannot be resolved by our Support Team.
4. Circumstances Where We Do NOT Offer Refunds We are not obligated to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:
You changed your mind after downloading the item.
You bought an item by mistake or bought the wrong format.
You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item. (e.g., You bought an Adobe Illustrator .AI file but do not know how to use the software).
You can no longer access the item because it was removed from our website (we advise downloading items immediately after purchase).
5. Refund Request Timeline All requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
6. Dispute and Chargeback Policy We take fraud and unauthorized chargebacks seriously.
If you open a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Bank) without contacting our support team first, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and revoke your license to use any downloaded files immediately.
Banned users will be prohibited from purchasing from BOLD GFX in the future.

8. Processing of Refunds If your refund request is approved:
The refund will be processed to your original method of payment or provided as Store Credit, at our discretion.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Once a refund is issued, your license to use the purchased file is revoked, and you must delete all copies of the file.
